DIY DIY Tips & How To Timber

The Haymes Woodcare range combines the latest technology and innovative timber finishes to protect & enhance the natural beauty of timber decks. Using this range of specialty timber stains, non slip decking paint, and various timber paint colours, your deck will look like new.

Step by step guide

Planning

Step 1 - Choose your colour

First choose your colour from the Haymes Woodcare Exterior colour range. If recoating your deck, choose the same colour originally applied for ease of recoating. To work out how much Dexpress you need we recommend calculating based on a coverage rate of 10m2/L and 2-3 coats depending on UV exposure and traffic, or use the advanced section of our paint calculator and select decking.

Remove all furniture and obstacles from your deck.
