Born in Ballarat in 1935, Haymes Paint is the outcome of Henry Haymes’ passion to provide quality and innovative paint and coating products to all Australians. 

The business has been passed through the generations, with each Haymes family member contributing to our long-standing history of creating quality products.

We remain committed to investing in local manufacturing, and have invested over $20m into the expansion and upgrade of our Ballarat site to ensure we continue to bring Australians quality paint.

What about the raw materials?

In order to ensure that we are producing the highest quality paint, we source the best raw materials from a number of sources. The majority of raw materials that go into our products are produced in Australia, however, there are instances where we are required to source them from overseas.
