By Using this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as specified below.

Non-tinted paints, other liquid items and accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition and accompanied by your proof of purchase receipt.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been tinted to your order, or are a change of mind, except where this is covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Goods to be returned must be taken to a Haymes Paint Shop (Online Refund Drop Off Site - see list below), but the financial transaction will be processed by the Haymes Paint Head Office and may take up to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

All orders should be checked upon delivery or pickup and discrepancies raised with your local Haymes Paint Shop directly. If you are unable to contact your local store please contact Haymes customer support on 1800 033 431

Click and Collect orders claims must be made within 30 days of pickup date.
