Delivery Policy
Paint & Accessories
Delivery is FREE for all orders over $150 and a flat $15 for all orders under $150.
A5 Colour Swatch orders have FREE Australia-wide shipping with no minimum spend.
Click & Collect is also free.
Delivery of Paint & Accessories (including Sample Pots) is currently only available within 25km of Haymes Paint Stores across Australia. Check out the Store Locator to find participating online stores. Haymes Paint can also be purchased in many independent stores across Australia to browse these, try our stockist locator.
Your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email notifying you to expect your order soon (usually within hours). If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in a safe place and take a photo.
A5 Colour Swatches (Brushouts)
Delivery is FREE on all A5 Colour Swatch orders and available Australia-wide. There is no minimum order value. Orders will be sent from our Head Office in Ballarat, Victoria via standard Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary between 2 – 5 business days within Victoria, and 3 – 7 business days for interstate orders. You can find out more from Australia Post.
A5 Colour Swatches are exclusively available online via delivery and cannot be ordered via Click & Collect, smaller paint chips are available in colour walls in store.

Click & Collect Policy
Click and Collect is a free service and is available at selected stores around Australia. Check out the Store Locator to find participating stores. There are other stores you can buy Haymes Paint, try our stockist locator.
We aim to have all Click and Collect orders ready within 2 hours from ordering within business hours.
You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.
For updates on your order please call the store during business hours for an update.
When collecting your order from the store, we will ask you to show your order confirmation email or order confirmation number and photo ID.
