For trims and detailing, award-winning Trimplus provided the perfect solution, offering the appearance of a traditional oil-based enamel without the mess, smell or clean-up. In the basement levels, where durability matters most, MetalPlus Etch Primer and Tricoat Primer Sealer were used alongside Ultra Premium Solashield to protect against moisture and salt exposure common to coastal builds.
