Haymes Renderbase PM Coarse is a polymer modified cement based plaster which, when mixed with water, is suitable for many rendering and patching applications. Renderbase PM Coarse can be applied over porous masonry surfaces including bricks, blocks, aerated concrete and existing cement renders. It contains slightly larger aggregates and as such can be applied and finished in thicker layers than Renderbase Medium. Renderbase PM Coarse has been formulated for use as a skim coat render, best applied at a layer thickness ranging between 4-8 mm. When applied to a clean and stable substrate with sufficient porosity, Renderbase PM Coarse will not develop shrinkage cracking or drumminess, greatly reducing the risk of costly and unsightly repair work. It is NOT recommended for use over Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) or FC sheet.
